Who Can Nominate
Anyone may submit a nomination; individuals, organizations, research institutions, government agencies, and community groups.
Self-nominations are accepted for all categories.

Nomination Statement (maximum to 1 page)
A clear, evidence-based statement explaining why the nominee deserves the award. Address the specific criteria for the chosen category. Avoid general statements, focus on concrete achievements, measurable impact, and relevance to women in agriculture.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the Award Nominee (not needed for organizations)
Please include the CV of the award nominee. There is no specific formatting or page limit for the CV.
Supporting Documents (up to 10 pages)
Optionally include other documents such as published work, project reports, media coverage, or letters of support.
Nominee Consent (required for nominations submitted by someone other than the nominee)
If this is not a self-nomination, please provide a signed statement or an email from the nominee confirming their consent to be nominated and to have their information shared with the Selection Committee.
Selection Process
Nominations are reviewed by a Selection Committee comprising representatives from EPA’s partner organizations. The Committee evaluates nominations against four criteria: impact, innovation, relevance to women in agriculture, and evidence quality. All decisions are final.
